Applied linguistics

1. It provides the theoretical and descriptive foundations for the investigation and solution of language-related problems

Lexicography

Forensic linguistic

- Forensic linguistic can be fairy characterized as taking linguistic knowledge, methods and insight, and applying these to the forensic context of law, investigation, trial, punishment and rehabilitation
Clinical linguistic

- The central focus of clinical linguistics is the application of the principles and methods of linguistic and phonetics to communication impairment in children and adults. The Sheffield group is one of the biggest in this field of linguistics

6. Break out the contents of your lesson in: lexica contents, morphological contents, syntax contents, vocabulary, verbs, phonological aspects, etc

7. Divide your class into: warming up, introduction, practice, class activities, summing up, and evaluation
